Mr. Jackler has more than 20 years of experience in various aspects of the managed care industry.  This experience includes emphasis primarily on the provider relations, regulatory compliance, and financial management functions.  Mr. Jackler worked in the managed healthcare operations of The Prudential Insurance Company (PruCare) for more than ten years.  During this time, he helped perform feasibility studies for new HMOs and served as part of the management team for a start-up, group model HMO in Richmond, Virginia.  He was responsible for creating the PruCare provider network on Long Island, New York.

His experience also includes five years experience as Vice President of Operations and Government Relations for a hospital-owned HMO in New Jersey.  Most recently, Mr. Jackler has been performing HMO management services on a consulting basis serving as a Chief Financial Officer (Oklahoma City), Senior VP of Government Programs (Cleveland), and Director of Provider Services (Newark).

He graduated from Rutgers University and holds an MBA degree from New York University with specializations in accounting and healthcare administration.
