Ms. DeRosa has over 18 years experience in the health care industry with a particular focus in the managed care arena.  She began her career with Prudential Healthcare where she developed her expertise in staff and business development and operational improvement.  After working with Prudential for eight years, Ms. DeRosa subsequently founded a health care consulting company, which she has operated for the past ten years.

Ms. DeRosa has extensive consulting experience with commercial health plans, health plans offering government programs and provider organizations.  She has served as the Chief Operating Officer for various health plans with responsibility for customer service, claims, information systems and medical management.  Recent projects of Ms. DeRosa's include assisting with the turnaround of a managed care organization; working with a health plan to transition operations as a result of the plan's sale; and, assisting a managed care organization with the CMS licensure process.

She holds a BS degree from College of New Jersey, Trenton, NJ.
