Mr. Walker has more then 24 years of experience in the managed care industry.  This includes 13 years with Prudential Healthcare and 11 years running his own successful consulting firm (PMC). He is recognized as a national expert on managed care operations and management.

Mr. Walker has served in a variety of executive roles including CEO, COO, CFO, and CIO.  While at Prudential he was involved in 17 HMO start-ups and prior to leaving in 1991 coordinated activities with 34 HMOs across the country.  He has worked with companies ranging from small start organizations to major national payors with over 10,000 employees. 

Over the past several years Mr. Walker has assisted with a number of managed care organization turn around engagements.  He has also led a variety of projects dealing with operations, finance and information system topics. 

In addition to PMC, Mr. Walker is also the President of HealthPCP, a company providing administrative services to physicians in the Chicago area.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University.
